The Centerline Edge Series Slicers by Hobart are electric, efficient, economical and easy to clean. The series includes four manual, gravity-feed meat slicers (EDGE10, EDGE12, EDGE13 and EDGE14) and one automatic model (EDGE13A). Perfect for delis, all commercial Edge Slicers are designed to handle meats, cheese and vegetables.
